4u {}^{2}  + 8u = 0 \\  =  > 4u {}^{2}  + 8u = 0 \\  =  > 4u(u + 2) = 0 \\  =  > 4u = 0 \\  =  > u =  \frac{0}{4}  \\  =  > u = 0 \\ or \\  =  > u + 2 = 0 \\  =  > u =  - 2 \\  \\ so \: that \: zeros \: are \: (0 \: and \:  - 2)
