hey mate!!
2x^2+5x-12=0
2x^2+8x-3x-12=0
2x(x+4)-3(x+4)=0
(2x-3)(x+4)=0
2x-3=0
x=3/2 and x+4=0
x=-4
now, sum of zeroes =-b/a=-5/2
= 3/2-4=3-8/2=-5/2
product of zeroes=c/a=-12/2
=3/2*-4=-12/2
hope it helps!!
