x^2+3x+2=0
=x^2+[2x+1x]+2=0.....[splitting 3x into 2x+1x]
=x^2+2x+1x+2=0
=x[x+2]+1[x+2]=0.......[taking x common from x^2+2x and  1 common from                                         1x+2]
=[x+2][x+1]=0
so ..x+2=0
      x= -2
and,x+1=0
       x=-1
both -2 and -1 are zeroes of this polynomial
