➡ p ( x ) = ( x - 2 ) + ( x + 3 )

To find the zeros, we have to solve p(x)=0

Since there are three factors, there are three possiblities which makes each factor equal to zero.

If x(x-2)(x+3)=0, x=0 or x-2=0 or x+3=0

Therefore, the zeros of the polynomial are x=0, 2, -3

So when we solve equations, we use the fact that (factor)=0
