 \huge \underline \mathbb {SOLUTION:-}

x2 + 4√3x - 15

= x2+ 5√3x -√3x - 15

= x(x+5√3) -√3(x + 5√3)

= (x+5√3) (x -√3)

(x+5√3) (x -√3) are the zeros of given quadratic polynomial.
