 \huge \bf {Question}

➡Find the zeroes of the polynomial x square +x-2.

 \huge \bf{Solution}

 \huge \bf \red{Given}

f(x) = x {}^{2}  - 2x

is a quadric polynomial. It has only 2 zeroes.

TO FIND ZEROES,

LET,

f(x) = 0

So,

 {x}^{2}  - 2x = 0

x(x - 2) = 0

x = 0 \: or \: x  - 2 = 0

x = 0 \: or \: x = 2

THEREFORE,

0,2 ARE THE ZEROES OF THE POLYNOMIAL.
