3x^{2}  + 16x + 13 = 0 \\  =  > 3x ^{2}  + (13 + 3)x + 13 = 0 \\  =  > 3x ^{2}  + 13x + 3x + 13 = 0 \\  =  > x(3x + 13) + 1(3x + 13) = 0 \\  =  >  (3x + 13)(x + 1) = 0 \\ either \: 3x + 13 = 0 \\  =  > 3x =  - 13 \\  =  > x =   \frac{ - 13}{3}  \\ or \: x + 1 = 0 \\  =  > x =  - 1
