4x^2 -4x-3 = 0
4x^2 -6x+2x-3 = 0
2x (2x-3) + 1 (2x-3)= 0
(2x-3) (2x+1) = 0
x = 3/2 or -1/2
Sum of zeroes = 3/2 -1/2
= 2/2
= 1
= -(-4)/4 = -b/a
Product of zeroes = 3/2 × -1/2
= -3/4
= c/a
Hope it helps.
