Step-by-step explanation:

7x²+17x-12

= 7x²+21x-4x-12

= 7x( x+3) -4(x+3)

= (x+3) (7x-4)

=> x= -3 ,x= 4/7

therefore zeroes are -3 and 4/7

sum of zeros= -3+4/7 = -b/a = -17/7

product = (-3)×4/7= -12/7 = c/a

verified

hope this helps you
