6

x² + 4√2x + 6 = 0

x² + 4√2x = - 6

x² + 4√2x + (2√2)² = (2√2)² - 6

(x + 2√2)² = 8 - 6

(x + 2√2)² = 2

x + 2√2 = ±√2

x =√2- 2√2
