 {x }^{2}  - 5 \div 3 = 0

 {x}^{2}  = 5 \div 3

x=+5/3 and x= -5/3

let them

 \alpha  \: and \:  \beta

now here A= 1,B= 0, C= -5/3

Then,

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  - b \div a

0=0 ( by putting value )

 \alpha  \times  \beta  = c \div a

-25/9 is not equal to -5/3.

So, may be its wrong.
