Ok, this is simple if you understand what exactly is the zero of a polynomial
Well read this as p(c) = y = 4x - 20
Here , the value of x for which y is 0 is the zero of this polynomial
So, put y as 0
Thus, 4x = 20 => x=5
the number of zeroes is the same as the highest power of the polynomial which here is 1
