Let the given polynomial be

p(x) = 3x²+49x-16

To Find :

It's Zeroes.

Solution :

As it is a quadratic polynomial so it has 2 zeroes.

3x²+49x-16 = 0

Well the statement is wrong ,

The statement can be :

3x²+49x+16 = 0

3x²+48x+x+16 = 0

3x(x+16)+1(x+16) = 0

(x+16)(3x+1) = 0

Here x = -16 and x = -⅓
