4x^2 - 8x - 6=0
2(2x^2 -4x- 3)=0 
so 2x^2 -4x-3=0
so a=2,b= -4, c = -3
we will apply d formula; -b +- underroot b^2 -4ac/2a
underroot 28=5.29
-(-4) +_ underroot -4-4x2x3/2x2
so 1 part will be 4+5.29/4
