split the middle term
4x2+2x-6x-3
=2×2x×x+2x -2×3x -3
=2x(2x + 1) -3(2x+1)
take 2x+1 common
=(2x+1)(2x-3)
to find the zeroes of the polynomials
(2x+1)(2x-3)=0
2x+1=0. or. 2x-3=0
2x = -1. or. 2x =3
x= -1/2 or x= 3/2
4x2+2x-6x-3
=2×2x×x+2x -2×3x -3
=2x(2x + 1) -3(2x+1)

Here ,4x2 = 4x^2........ 4x^2-4x-3 = 4x^2 - 6x +2x - 3....... 2x( 2x-3 )+1( x-3)....... So factors are (2x+1) and (2x-3)........ 2x+1 =0, x= -1/2.......... 2x-3=0, x= 3/2........ So zeroes are ----> -1/2 and 3/2...
