p(x) = (x+7) (x-9)

p(x) = 0

(x+7) (x-9) = 0

x+7 = 0 ; x = -7

x-9 = 0 ; x = 9

Therefore, the zeroes of the polynomial are -7 and 9

Hope it helps....
