4s^2 - 4s +1 = 0
4s^2 -2s-2s+1 = 0
2s (2s-1) -1 (2s-1) = 0
(2s-1) (2s-1) = 0
s = 1/2 & 1/2

Sum of zeroes = 1/2 + 1/2
= 2/2 = 1
= 4/4 or -b/a

Product of zeroes = 1/2 × 1/2
= 1/4
= c/a

Hope it helps.

4s^2 - 4s + 1
4s^2 - 2s - 2s +1
2s(2s - 1) - 1 (2s - 1)
(2s - 1) (2s - 1)
s = 1/2 , 1/2

Sum of zeroes = alpha + beta ==》-b/a
1/2 + 1/2 = -4/4

Product of zeroes = alpha × beta ==》 c/a
1/2 × 1/2 = 1/4
