solution:

4 {u}^{2}  + 8u = 0 \\  =  > u(4u + 8) = 0 \\  =  > u = 0 \: or \: u \:  =  - 2
so, zeroes are 0 & -2

sum of zeroes= 0+(-2)= -2= -b/a

Products of zeroes= 0*-2= 0 = c/a

Here is your answer,

4u^2 + 8u = 0
4u ( u + 2) =0
4u = 0
u = 0
u + 2 =0
u =-2

Sum of zeroes = 0+(-2)
=-2

Sum of zeroes = -b/a
=-8/4
=-2

Product of zeroes = 0 x -2
=0

Product of zeroes = c/a
=0/4
=0
