Hi mate♡

Here is your answer

3x²- x - 4 = 0

3x²+3x-4x-4 = 0

3x(x + 1) - 4(x + 1) = 0

3x - 4 = 0 x + 1 = 0

3x = 4 x = -1

x = 4/3

alpa = 4/3 , beta = -1

alpa+beta= -b/a

4/3 - 1 = 1/3

4 - 3/3 = 1/3

1/3 = 1/3

L. H.S = R.H.S

alpa×beta = c/a

4/3 × -1 = -4/3

-4/3 = -4/3

L.H.S = R.H.S
