Answer:

2x²+6-8x=0

2x²-8x+6=0

2x²-(6+2)x+6=0

2x²-6x-2x+6=0

2x(x-3)-2(x-3)=0

(2x-2)(x-3)= 0

2x-2=0

Or, x=1

X-3=0

Or, x=3

First,

2x^2 - 8x + 6

2x^2 - 2x + 6x + 6

2x(x-1) + 6(x+1)

(x+1)(2x+6)

If,

x+1 = 0

x = -1

But if,

2x+6 = 0

x = -6/2

Answer = -1 and -6/2
