solution :

Given:

  • a polynomial
  • 6 {x}^{2}   + x + 2 = 0

To find: .

  • zeros of the polynomial

6 {x}^{2}  + x  -  2 = 0 \\  \\  \implies \: 6 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 3x - 2 = 0 \\  \\  \implies \: 2x(3x + 2) - 1(3x + 2) = 0 \\  \\  \implies \: (3x + 2)(2x - 1) = 0

 \therefore \: x =   \dfrac{ - 2}{3} \:  and \: x =  \dfrac{1}{2}

by substituting the values of X in the polynomial the polynomial becomes zero , therefore it can be verified .
