Answer:

2x^2 + 5x -12

a=2,b=5,c=-12

factorise

2x^2 + 8x-3x-12=0

2x(x+4)-3(x+4)=0

(2x-3)(x+4)=0

2x-3=0

2x=3

x=3/2

x+4=0

x=-4

sum of zeros=-b/a

3/2 +(-4)= -5/2

3/2 - 4/1 = -5/2

3-8/2 =-5/2

-5/2=-5/2

product of zeros= c/a

3/2 × -4 = -12/2

3×(-2 )= -6

-6 =-6
