4X^2 -4X-3

= 4X^2+2X-6X-3

=2X(2X+1)-3(2X+1)

=(2X-3 )(2X+1)

4x^2 + 2x -6x - 3 = 0

2x(2x+1) - 3(2x+1) =0

X= 3/2,-1/2
