Answer:

zeroes of polynomial p(x) = 4m² - m - 3  are  1 and -3/4

Step-by-step explanation:

we have to find zeroes  of the polynomial : p(x) = 4m² - m - 3

it can also be written as :

4m² - 4m + 3m - 3

take '4m' common from first two terms of above equation:

4m(m - 1) + 3m - 3

take '3' common from last two terms of above equation:

4m(m - 1) + 3(m - 1)

take (m - 1) common;

(m - 1)(4m + 3)

so (m - 1) = 0 or (4m + 3) = 0

m = 1 or m = -3 /4

zeroes of polynomial p(x) = 4m² - m - 3  are  1 and -3/4
