Answer:

x {}^{2}  + 4x + 4 = 0 \\  \\ x {}^{2}  + 2x + 2x + 4 =0  \\  \\ x(x + 2) + 2(x + 2)  = 0\\  \\ (x + 2)(x  + 2) = 0 \\  \\ \boxed{ \bf x =  - 2 \: or \: x =  - 2}

 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 4

 {x}^{2}  + 2x + 2x + 4

x(x + 2) + 2(x + 2)

(x + 2)(x + 2)

so zeros of polynomial is -2
