8x^2+12x-10x-15=0

4x(2x+3)-5(2x+3)=0

2x+3=0,4x-5=0

2x=-3,4x=5

x=-3/2,x=5/4

      =(-6+5)/4

      =-1/4

      =-co-eff of x/co-eff of x^2

α*ß=(-3/2)*(5/4)

     =-15/8

     =constant/co-eff of x^2
