f(x) = 6x^{2} - 7x + 3

   0 = 6x^{2} - 9x + 2x + 3

   0 = 3x (2x - 3) -1 (2x -3)

   0 = (3x -1) (2x -3)

Therefore, (3x -1)=0  or   (2x -3)=0

x= 1/3 or x=3/2

Hence, the zeroes of f(x) are 1/3 and 3/2.
