Solution :

Let p(x) = x² - 2

To find zeroes of p(x) ,

We have to take p(x) = 0

=> x² - 2 = 0

=> x² = 2

=> x = ±√2

Therefore ,

-√2 or √2 are two zeroes

of p(x).
