 \alpha  +  \beta  = 1 \div 4 \\  \alpha  \times  \beta  =  - 1

alpha+beta=-b/a

alpha*beta=c/a

alpha+beta=1/4

alpha*beta=-1

-b/a = (-*-)1/4=1/4

c/a =-4/4=-1

a=4,b=-1,c=-4
