TO FIND :-

Find theel rational number that lie between

-5/3 and 7/8.

SOLUTION :-

First Equalise the Denominator.

 \frac{ - 5 \times 8}{3 \times 8} \: and \:  \frac{7 \times 3}{8 \times 3}

Hence ,

 \frac{ - 40}{24} \: and \:  \frac{21}{24}

So, The 3 Rational Numbers Between

  \frac{ - 5}{3} \: and \:  \frac{7}{8} \: are \:

 \frac{ - 40}{24}  | \frac{ - 39}{24}| \frac{ - 38}{24}| \frac{ - 37}{24}........ \frac{21}{24}.
