Let the total land be x

Rajesh bought-. 1/3x

Now it is said that the part of land remaining after rajesh is sold to manoj
So, 1/3x * 2/3 = 2/9x ( since 1/3 was used,so 2/3 of 1/3 was still left)

So, according to the question,

1/3x + 2/9x + 600 = x
