Let the smaller even number be x
So second number is x + 2
Third number is x + 4
ATP
x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 96
=> 3x + 6 = 96
=> 3x = 90
=> x = 90 / 3
=> x = 30
So the even numbers are
x = 30
x + 2 = 32
x + 4 = 34

Let the three consecutive numbers be (x+1),(x+2),(x+3).
ATQ,
x+1+x+2+x+3 = 96
3x + 6 = 96
3x = 96 - 6
3x = 90
x = 90÷3
x = 30
Now,
x+1 = 30 +1 = 31
x+2 = 30+2=32
x+3 = 30+3 = 33

Hence, The three consecutive numbers are 31, 32 and 33
