Let the smallest of the three odd numbers be x

Hence, the other numbers are (x+2) and  (x+4).

Given: Their sum is 234

x+x+2+x+4 = 234

3x + 4 = 234

3x = 230

x = 230/3 =  76.67

We are getting a fractional value for x

So there are no consecutive odd numbers whose sum is 234

NOTE: When you add three odd numbers, the digit at the ones place of the sum will always be odd and never even.
