if the the consecutive terms are x , x+1 , x+2

then , here it is given that x( x + 1 ) ( x + 2 ) = 440

and x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 24

3x + 3 = 24

3x = 24 - 3

3x = 21

x = 21 / 3

x = 7

then x is 7 and the remain two terms are 8 and 9

Hope it helps you ....
