Step by step process
1) Find the diff. between these two numbers and divide it by 4.
2) First no. is 4/9 +x
second is 4/9+2x
third is 4/9 + 3x
3) You have got all your no.s

as i have solved, the difference/4 comes out to be 7/99.

irrational number between any two number a and b =  \sqrt{ab}
irrational numbers between 4/9 and 8/11 =  \sqrt{ \frac{4}{9}. \frac{8}{11} }
                                                              =  \frac{6}{3 \sqrt{11} }
                                                               =  \frac{2}{\sqrt{11} }
irrational numbers between 4/9 and  \frac{2}{\sqrt{11} }  \sqrt{ \frac{4}{9}. \frac{2}{ \sqrt{11} }  }
                                                             =  \frac{2\sqrt{2}}{3 \sqrt{11} }

irrational numbers between 8/11 and  \frac{2}{\sqrt{11} }  \sqrt{ \frac{8}{11}. \frac{2}{ \sqrt{11} } }
                                                             =  \frac{4}{ \sqrt{11 \sqrt{11}} }

Therefore the three irrational numbers are  \frac{4}{ \sqrt{11 \sqrt{11}} }  \frac{2\sqrt{2}}{3 \sqrt{11} }  \frac{2}{\sqrt{11} }
