Answer:

SOLUTION ( i )

IF x = 1

BY PUTTING IT IN EQUATION WE GET,

3 × 1 + y - 9 = 0

3 + y - 9 = 0

y = 9 - 3

y = 6

SOLUTION ( ii )

IF x = 2

BY PUTTING IT IN EQUATION WE GET,

3 × 2 + y - 9 = 0

6 + y - 9 = 0

y = 9 - 6

y = 3

SOLUTION ( iii )

IF x = 3

BY PUTTING IT IN EQUATION WE GET,

3 × 3 + y - 9 = 0

9 + y - 9 = 0

y = 9 - 9

y = 0
