Given:

We have given a ratio of the number which is 3:2.

To Find:

We have to find the equivalent pair of ratio?

Step-by-step explanation:

  • Ratio:

        Two numbers or two quantity  are siad to be in ratio if there is an

        comparision between them.

  • Equivalent ratio:

       Two or more ratios are said to be equivalent or same when the

       simplified form of the ratio is same

  • Simplified form of ratio:

       An ratio is said to be simplified which the GCD of the denomenator

        and the numerator term is 1.

  • Now we have the ratio is 3:2 which is alredy in  simplify form becuase the GCD of denomenator and numerator is 1.
  • We can find the similiar ratios of given ratio by multiplying the denomenator and the numerator with the same number we get

          \frac{3\times2}{2\times2} =\frac{6}{4} \\\\\frac{3\times3}{2\times3} =\frac{9}{6}\\\\\frac{3\times4}{2\times4} =\frac{12}{8}\\

Hence the equivalent ratios are \frac{6}{4} ,\frac{9}{6} ,\frac{12}{8}

Answer:

The equivalent ratios of 2:3 can be 6:9, 4:6 and 10:15

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the ratio. 2:3

That is, 2/3

To find equivalent ratio, multiply both numerator and denominator by same number

That is,

\frac{2}{3}=\frac{2*3}{3*3}=\frac{6}{9}

\frac{2}{3}=\frac{2*2}{3*2}=\frac{4}{6}

\frac{2}{3}=\frac{2*5}{3*5}=\frac{10}{15}

So three equivalent ratios of 2:3 are 6:9, 4:6 and 10:15
