The two rational numbers are -1/2 and 5/4.

First, we have to make the denominators equal in both fractions. So,

-1/2×2/2 = -2/4

5/4×1/1 = 5/4

The rational numbers:

-1/4, 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4

So, the five rational numbers are -1/4, 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4.
