Rational nos. between 2/3 & 1/4

Formula--- [ a+b/2]

Now,

a=2/3 , b = 1/4

= 2/3+1/4 /2

= 8+3/12 /2

= 11/12 × 1/2

= 11/24

=>11/24


Now,

a=2/3 , b = 11/24

=2/3+11/24 /2

=16+11/24 /2

= 27/24 × 1/2

= 9/16

=> 9/16


Now,

a = 11/24 , b = 9/16

=11/24+9/16 /2

=22+27/48 /2

=49/48 /2

= 49/96

=> 49/96


Therefore, the rational nos. between 2/3 and 1/4 are ----- 11/24 , 9/16 , 49/96
