➤ Answer :-

 \dashrightarrow \tt \frac{( - 5)}{6}  \: ; \:  \frac{3}{8}  \\

Convert them into like fractions :-

 \dashrightarrow \tt \frac{( - 5) \times 4}{6 \times 4}  \: ; \:  \frac{3 \times 3}{8 \times 3}  \\

 \dashrightarrow \tt \frac{( - 20)}{24}  \: ; \:  \frac{9}{24}  \\

Now rational numbers between them are

 \dashrightarrow \tt \boxed{ \tt \frac{( - 19)}{20}  \: ; \:  \frac{( - 18)}{20} \: ; \:  \frac{( - 17)}{20}  }
