[∵ We have to make their dinominators equal. We will make their dinominators 4 as the question had asked for 3 rational numbers ]

- 1/1 = - 4/4 [∵ multiply with 4]

1/2 = 2/4 [∵ multiply with 2]

[ Note that we have 4 rational numbers between them ]

∴ Three rational numbers between (- 1) & 1/2 are

(- 3/4), (- 2/4), 1/4
