solution:-

First make same the denominator , we get

$\to \: \bf \: \frac{1 \times 3}{2 \times 3} \: and \: \frac{1 \times 2}{3 \times 2}$

$\to \: \bf \: \frac{3}{6} \: and \: \: \frac{2}{6}$

Now multiply and divide by 4 on both numbers we get

$\to \: \bf \: \frac{3 \times 4}{6 \times 4} \: and \: \frac{2 \times 4}{6 \times 4}$

$\to \: \bf \: \frac{12}{24} \: and \: \frac{8}{12}$
