Solution---> First of all we discuss about even numbers . Even numbers are whole numbers which are divisible by two , e. g. 2 , 4 ,6 etc

Now consecutive even numbers are which have difference of two between them . e. g. , 2 and 4 , 4 and 6 , 6 and 8

Now , returning to original problem .

Let , consecutive even numbers be x and ( x + 2 )

ATQ , Sum of consecutive even number is 22.

So , Sum of even consecutive even

numbers = 22

=> x + ( x + 2 ) = 22

=> x + x + 2 = 22

=> 2 x = 22 - 2

=> 2 x = 20

=> x = 20 / 2

=> x = 10

Value of x is 10

Now we can find consecutive even number

First even number = x

= 10

Second even number = x + 2

= 10 + 2

= 12

Additional information--->

Odd numbers are those whole numbers which are not divisible by two, e. g. 1, 3 , 5 etc
