Let TQ = x

OM² = OT² - TM²

OM = 3

Now, use OT² + x² = (3 + MQ)² => 25 + x² = (3 + MQ)²

and x² = TM² + MQ² => x² = 16 + MQ²

Now you can solve these 2 equations to find the value of x i.e. TQ.
