step 1 - make a line BC of 7 cm
step 2- construct an angle of 75 degrees taking B as a centre.
step 3- cut a line segment BD equal to AB+AC i.e 13 cm
step 4- then draw the perpendicular bisector of CD yo intersect BD at A.
Step 5- join AC
the required triangle is ready.
