This sequence contains odd no.s leaving one in between so after 23 it will be

Firstly we will name the given numbers into variables.
⇒ 7 = a
⇒ 11 = b
⇒ 15 = c
⇒ 19 = d
⇒ 23 = e

If we look at the difference between the variables "a" and "b"
⇒ 11-7
⇒ 4

If we look at difference between the variables "b" and "c"
⇒ 15 - 11
⇒ 4

If we look at difference between the variables "c" and "d"
⇒ 19-15
⇒ 4

If we look at difference between the variable "d" and "e"
⇒ 15-21
⇒ 4
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By this we can come to a conclusion that the difference between the numbers is "4"

⇒ From this logic the next numbers will be as follows
→ 25
→ 29
→ 33
→ 37
→ 41
→ 45
→ 49
→ 53
→ 57
→ 61

∴ The 10th term in the sequence will be "61"

fluffy: Hope my answer is useful...! (:
