Step-by-step explanation:

Let , one interger be X

another interger be X+1

by equating the integers with 149...

X+X+1=-149

2x=-150

X=-75

so, another integer is X+1..so by substituting the X value in that

X+1= -75+1

= -74

So, the required integers are -74 and -75

Let assume that one integer = A

Another integer be = A+1 ....equation(1)

On equating both the equation,

=A+A+1+149\\=2A+150\\2A=-150\\A=-75

Hence A=-75

Now putting the value of A=-75 in equation (1)

i.e A+1 = -75+1\\=-74

Hence the two consecutive numbers are -75,-74.
