let the two consecutive positive integers be n and n+1.So n+n+1 =63=> 2n+1=63=> 2n=63-1=62=> n=62/2=31. So teh the numbers are 31 and 32 .

NOW
X+X+1=63
2X+1=63
2X=62
X = 62/2
X=31
NOW....
FIRST NUMBER IS X = 31
SECOND NUMBER IS X+1=32
