Clearly,

D = Y - X/ N +1
D = 0.13 - 0.12 / 2+1
D = 0.01 / 3
Required two rational numbers between 0.12 and 0.13 are :
X+ D and X + 2D
0.12 + 0.01 / 3 And 0.12 + 2 × 0.01/3
0.36 + 0.01/3 and 0.12 + 0.02/3
0.37/3 and 0.36 + 0.02/3
