2. The next step is to remove all below 21 as it is not possible for the Highest Common Factor (HCF) to be larger than the two numbers.

3. 42 is definetely one of the numbers as it is double of 21.

4. The other number is 147 as it is less than 150 and shares an HCF of 21 with 42
